We are from India and have been in Toronto for three years. A month back, we moved to Quebec and purchased a bike at this store; unfortunately, the bike had some break related issues; however, I keep going for more than three weeks. A couple of days ago, I bought SodaStream online and happen to be there for pick up. Interestingly I met Miss Rosaline; she really helped me to get email confirmation etc. While speaking, I came to know that she is the daughter of this shop owner. I was really impressed she is very helpful and polite. In a few mins of discussion, I talk here about the bike issue, and she asked me to bring the bike and exchange it with the new one. She wrote her name, bike to exchanged, and her time at the store on Saturday, so I went to change. All good now I have a brand new bike. Thanks, Rosaline, for your kind help and support.
