Experienced the escape package. The service and services were beyond my expectations. All staff members were professional and spoke English. I felt great afterwards and to be honest, I easily would have paid double for that level of service. This spa is now a destination for me.

Con: Beds are hard as a rock. I could not sleep more than 2-3 hours without waking in pain. 7 nights of no sleep. Also, all the lights work on one switch at the door. So, its all on or all off, even the bedside lights. ridiculous. Pro: Nice place. spacious rooms. Interesting showers once you get the hang of it; you need to read instructions. You will get cold splash and flood the floor the first time you use it regardless of reading instructions or not (I'd bet). Food is very good from the main restaurant, it seems to be the only one open in winter, maybe more in summer. BIG TV. Staff is friendly enough.
