Was actually here before COVID and was so happy. Supper cozzy atmosphere! The decor is also beautiful. Next time the wife and I are up that way we will stay again.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel while visiting Quebec City! Beautiful rooms, quiet atmosphere and close to all the sites we wanted to visit in the city.

Well situated, good service, comfortable and modern room, everything you would expect from an hotel of that grade. Bathroom could have been a bit better in my opinion : faucet handles were opening on the wrong side, the shower jet could have been more impressive and there wasn't any soap/shampoo/conditionner samplers provided.

Very pleasant staff especially Antoine. He is so friendly and very willing to help. No wonder if has been there for 10 years, he is a keeper!!

The location and customer service could not be better. Really impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff are at St. Germain. However, I do think the rooms need to be updated. We also really struggled with getting the blinds up and down and had difficulty sleeping because the room wouldn't cool down enough. The bed is very comfortable though -- one of the best hotel beds Ive experienced.
