Hôtel Entourage sur-le-Lac

Amazing place for families and couples! There are so many activities to do including biking, kayaking, etc. Pool is heated which permitted us to go swimming even with 10 degree weather! The rooms are gorgeous - highly suggest to take lake view. So worth it!

We loved the place the staff are very nice, kind and always ready to help you. Also there are several measures taking into account the Covid 19. My daugther enjoyed the pool and the beach but the hotel should do activities with the kids, for example someone can encourage them to search a treasure. At the end the hotel is for families and there were a lot of kids ready for participating and not activities at all. Also the restaurant should have more options for the kids we asked for pasta and we received something with no salt and the taste, even for me, was bad so my daughter did not like it and the price was not cheap. The restaurant is expensive but there are not variety of options to keep customer eating there. At the end we and many more customers eat in several restaurants around the hotel but you need to interrupt your day and take your car for going there. We saw it in the reviews and I confirmed it, the restaurant is very expensive and sometimes the quality does not correspond with the price. Besides that I do recommend the hotel.

The mountain view room is just well, a view of the parking lot and the trees behind it 😂 I regret not booking the lake view room instead.. The room was still spacious and tastefully decorated thou. No Netflix nor pay movie option on the TV. Not even a chromecast. For such big resort/hotel, this was a bit disappointing. Fat bike was free to use and so does skates! Restaurant doesn't allow non Quebec City residents to dine in which is according to the law. Microwave in the room plus basic cutlery was a plus in this sense!

Nice location and good access to rentals, however, we rented a Penthouse which came included with access to the VIP lounge and 60$ worth of wine... But right after check-in the white wine was all empty and even tho several ppl mentioned it to the front desk, by the end of our second night stay, they still had not refilled it and said they would not as our stay was during the week. Furthermore I found several holes in our sheets and the TV doesn't even have access to login to your Netflix account which basic hotels such as holiday Inn have. The rooms are beautiful tho but for the premium price and allure of a luxurious hotel, it sure is missing a lot of basic things. Also the breakfast included to be delivered to your room doesn't start until 8am which I find to be a bit late since we need to book our time slot in advance and our ski tickets which the hotel provides start at 8am...
