I asked for ice water to be delivered to the room at 4:30am and was denied. I've never had a 4 star hotel, yet alone any nice hotel, deny me water. It was quite disappointing to not be of service after spending almost $200 for my one night stay.

Pandemic visit for a dinner show. Great organization, had dinner (food was great) served in our room (our balcony actually) while a concert was taking place on the inside garden. Music was awesome, nice break from hone confinement.

My husband and I had a marvelous time at the Palace Royal. The Sat and Sun dinner show package that you can attend from your balcony was just great. Thank you Palace Royal!

This hotel is located in the heart of the Quebec tourist area, beautiful hotel, great staffand A1 service... The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is the poor quality of its shampoos... You better off bringing your own bottle specially if you have a long hair... other that this the rest was amazing, specially if you are lucky enough to get a room with balcony....
