My wife and I stayed here during the winter and there was a huge snow storm on our check in day. We had a 6 hour drive and the snow prevented us from making it until the following day. The staff worked with us to amend our stay and we were able to push the whole trip back a day. They were so easy to work with and we were so thankful. They took what could have been a stressful situation and made it easy and stress-free. Before our check in a better room became available and we were given a great deal if we wanted to upgrade. We are so glad we did because the suite we got was incredible. It had a very large soaking tub and the room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the views of the park were nice. There were many little things that the staff did for us or gave to us that made us feel welcomed and appreciated. My wife and I will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Quebec!

Emailed earlier asking for a queen room on a lower floor and was told one was pre-blocked off. Yet when we got there, we were shown to one on the 3rd floor. Receptionist more than made up for it though by showing us an additional 2 rooms, one of which we ended up staying in. Offered us hot drinks when she noticed we just got in from the cold. Made me feel like my every wish was a command! Impeccable customer service, beautifully decorated hotel, comfy beds!

We had a great stay here awesome service and location was perfect more than we expected. Nice service clean room perfect view. Main location heart of the city. I really prefer to visit here again and you will going to love the stay in this place it also has a big Balcony tarace Garden. We had breakfast there. In hotel bar also available so don't hesitate to ask for drinks too. I am sure you gonna love this place it's worth taking as a stay for the Quebec City
