Courteous service from the owner. She responds quickly to our requests and ensures that we are satisfied with the products purchased. She has many products that are not found elsewhere. His products are available online and his shop is in his basement so we have to go through living room and dining room so it can annoy some people. The products are all in storage boxes so we have to open them to see them (it can be long) and the lighting could be more abundant. Suggestion: Put at the disposal of the people, a copy of all the sold products to be able to handle them.
