Annette understands so well how breathing affects the nervous system, cognitions and emotions. It is very empowering and at the same time soothing to learn how we have control over all of these. Well done for the “Classical Yoga Basics” online training !! The lessons are really solid foundations to start and even deepen your knowledge. I did the online training again after doing it in person to introduce my boyfriend and I learned so much! In addition, Annette's professional approach succeeded in convincing my boyfriend who was very skeptical about yoga! I recommend this school 1000%. Congratulations :)

After wandering for years I finally have the feeling of having found THE right school: an ultra qualified teacher, who knows the human body as much as the mind and who is therefore able to give us sound advice, whether to adapt the positions to our condition, to avoid injuries or to improve our knowledge of this beautiful philosophy. In addition, we leave each course with a little more theoretical and practical knowledge as well as with the written sessions in 3 versions (full, short, small capsule) to allow us to do practices adapted to the home. It's awesome!
