Wow really the best service and yoga classes. Especially in St. Roch. So friendly and a great atmosphere. I really appreciated my time there and will be going back again. It's worth mentioning that I tried many other yoga studios and this one is the best hands down.

All in all, great experience, great diversity of yogist practices. I recommend the hot TRX for people who want to push their limits, have a good base in physical shape, because you will literally sweat! Don't worry about your excess sweat, everyone wring their towel at the end of the class, with a smile on their faces! (Cleaning of the premises after each session of course) In addition, at the end of some classes, a small lavender-scented towel is issued to you on your forehead. Attention that is highly coveted. My star less = the price above the average, but reasonable during promotions.
