Excellent teacher, very nice studio. A place that seems unrecognized, but deserves to be! I recommend without hesitation!

Amazing instructors who are bilingual and very friendly! The schedule offers a wide range of classes for all different levels of yoga. Great ambiance in the studio and I would highly suggest going! I love Kathy and Andy!!!!

Best hot yoga studio in Québec City. Andy is one of the best teachers I have ever had. I try to make a visit here every time I come back to the city (I moved away over 7 years ago and still come back!)

Loved the experience. My sister and I dropped in for two classes while on vacation. Andy is very passionate and he leads a difficult slow flow class that we loved. Lovely space also.

My favorite studio in Quebec City Magnificent and warm atmosphere and character, free access to showers, friendly and discreet employees Good prices for students and for bulk purchase I only wish that tempered room classes (not hot yoga) were offered from time to time.
