I am in town for the weekend and wanted to drop in. I sent them an email and got a quick response. Made it out to the gym for a 5pm session. I got there and everyone was really great. I can’t speak French in the slightest, but I can loosely follow. A kind member helped me along to make sure I didn’t miss anything, my WOD partner did the same. The coaches were great and super nice. Overall, awesome experience. If you are in town, and don’t speak French, this gym is an excellent choice and will give you a great workout.

I dropped in here while visiting Quebec City for the week. Both the staff and members were very welcoming. Coaching and programming were great. The rate for the week was definitely reasonable. Would come back if I'm ever in the area
