Most professional gym in Quebec. Real tatami mats, boxing ring, around thirty leather punching bars and much more ... international caliber coaches and former champions!

The reason why a star is missing is that the building can be improved, especially with regard to the changing rooms. Other than that, the Ali combat club is excellently at fitness or mastery of the sport. There is no consideration, and no waste of time. Non-serious people cannot stay long. This seriousness gives this club the reputation it deserves. Plus they offer a free trial. It's great
