Very customer focused bike shop! I spent about an hour in the shop with Julian (owner) he fixed me up with a really cool bike frame Specialize in custom building new bikes to meet avid bikers If you require any maintenance they have a 1-2 week backlog so get your bikes in ASAP! They occasionally have used bikes for sale as well!

The manager Dominic, very helpful with assisting my son with a new rear wheel and more that had been stolen off of his bike in Ottawa.

A very busy unpretentious little shop, fully bilingual. We visited Quebec from Ontario and were very pleased to find a shop that actually stocked a good selection of Brooks and Ortlieb product. I bought a saddle and a seat bag, my wife bought a saddle which was not in stock, but which was mailed to us in a reasonably short period of time. The place to go for premium product. This shop is staffed fast moving hard working ''bike people'' , for some it may be a bit of a different experience than the shops with rows of gleaming bikes and fancy dressed salespeople strolling the aisles.

I have a Koga and they service it every year. It's the very best bicycle shop in town run by bicycle people and owned by a bicycle guy. Great staff and yes .. vibe!
