Our tour guide was such a great person to take us around the old town for this tour. She is a Québec native, her family having farmed this area for many generations. It was really a treat to hear about the history of Québec City as well as what it's like to live here now. We all felt that you couldn't do much better than enjoying her stories while sampling the excellent food and drink Québec City has to offer. From tasty amuse-bouche to traditional continental fare to innovative charcuterie, a delicious rare cut of meat and fabulous cocktails to the best sweets and coffee in town, we sampled, nibbled and drank ourselves silly. It was just the right amount and all of it accompanied by a lovely and engaging guide.

We had an amazing evening catered to our needs. Would highly recommend going on this tour - it was just the two of us, although we ran into another group of 8. Great history, way too much food - every experience would be different, so I would do it again!
