Very good martial arts school, coach David Côté is passionate and has the knowledge on what he teaches. The result is that he brings his students to their full potential.

I started at Académie SGS in January 2016 and enjoy the BJJ classes immensely. To me, it's simply Yoga squared. It allows me to unwind and chill out in the company of like minded people. For period that requires even more oomph, I simply stay on to do the kickboxing class. For those in thrall of techniques, this is the place to come because our teacher Dave, a very passionate person, will drill them into you. For the others, either looking to compete in tournaments or simply to have fun while getting in shape, Dave will adapt and adjust his training accordingly.
