UPDATE: After speaking with an amazing customer service representative i am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. He not only listened to the whole situation and understood where i was coming from he also made sure that the conversation ended on the right note. I truly thank you for fixing the situation and making this a much better experience! Trash company! Ordered a board game “Anecdote” turns out it’s a game MAT and not a board game. Owner refuses returns unless you pay a 10% restocking fee plus shipping. Have spent 100s of dollars on this site over the years trying to support a local business...ya forget it i’ll stick with amazon and other online sites.

Excellent customer service! I wanted to make a donation of song books in memory of my mother to the nursing home she had resided at in Ontario. I was given the CDS Boutique name and emailed the company regarding the matter. Customer service was prompt, gracious, and very kind in both email and by telephone. I could not be more pleased on how I was treated. Thank you Danahee and co workers!
