It was the first time on the St-François river and the first experience with them. We have not had any problem or disappointment with this company. The reservation was made by phone. We liked the clear and even warm water of this river. We felt like we were alone in the middle of nature. We did the smaller course and the whole family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) liked it. The departure is from a small beach which makes boarding easy for everyone. The map given at the start of the route is well made to navigate. We saw several animals including 1 great blue heron, 2 vulture, geese and even a fish jumped to catch its meal.

A very beautiful, pleasant and easy course for children. However, customer service and the quality of the boats leave much to be desired. Also, be careful, if you do not use the shuttle, your spouse or friend who goes to pick you up at the campsite will have to pay a fee to pick you up, even if you pay for the shuttle. You will only discover these fees at the end of the course!
