Really nice gym. Premium subscription is worth it if you like taking courses such as yoga , box, spinning etc.

EASILY one of the best gyms I have been in. Paid for a single one time use and it was very affordable at $11.50CAD. So much better priced than many others who try and exclude you from using a drop in service. I was in town on business, so this was perfect for me. Staff were friendly, welcoming, gym was spotless, equipment was in great condition. Cliental were respectful of the space which his usual for some bigger gyms. Weights were put away. Just an all round great experience. Kudos to management and if I am in the area I will return.
