A magical place to settle in simplicity and softness. Professors present, bright and cheerful. Namazé is a community of joy, love and light. No judgment, very gentle and open. Each level has its account and is respected.

Namazé is a welcoming and bright yoga center. The practices offered are rich, authentic and so inspiring! Andréanne is a passionate yogini! It transmits the tradition of yoga with real depth, while being in joy, benevolence and lightness. She knew how to surround herself with a team like her who knows how to make the practice of yoga accessible to all. Namazé is all that ... and even more than that!

By far the best yoga studio! The teachers are all very attentive. Since I moved to Quebec, I miss the beautiful energy of this studio a lot.

Excellent yoga center with a wonderful teacher! It is a pleasure to go there every time! Andréanne's passion, her soft voice, the quality of her teaching, her professionalism and the beautiful energy that reigns in this bright space, are all reasons that make me feel refreshed every time I go there!
