This is an honest review from a mid-40's guy who was nervous/scared about starting BJJ. I was always a fan of UFC but never got to start BJJ. In my 20's, I trained in Kick Boxing for about 5 years (even doing some amateur fights). After, the kids came along, promotions, mortgage, etc... fast forward 25 years, and now I was looking to start a new sport with my younger son. We started with some classes with Patrice. What a phenomenal man. The kind of man you wish you were. After a while, he encouraged us to join full time! Best descision I ever made. The head master, Rich, is by far the best teacher you will ever have. Everyone here is great. The more advanced students help the newbies like me. You are treated as an equal and everyone helps you evolve in the sport. This culture seems to stem from Rich's attention to everyone (advanced and begginer). You will never feel out of place here. You're like familly. This has changed my life, and I owe a very big thanks to Patrice for getting me started. But also to Rich for making us feel like familly. All of the advanced guys, Math, Cedric, Felix, Patrice, etc... will all help you grow in this sport, encouraging you and showing you how to evolve. You have 2 options... keep putting it off and regreting it, or simply give it a try! I promise you, you will love this fraternity and the physical challenge it will give you. A very big thanks to Patrice who also traines my son, and for once, he has a sport he loves so much, he keeps asking when is the next class.... I am pround of myself for starting this, and this was the place to do it. nuff said... sign up NOW! Bjj will change your live, if you have a stressful 9-5 job like me, it will help you in every aspect of your life. Trust me...if I could give this more than 5 stars, I would.

High level jiujitsu. Extremely technical instructiors that pay great attention to detail. Super friendly atmosphere. This lovely bunch has grown to be my main circle of friends!
