Got my first E-bike from this shop! one the best shopping experience i had this year, very professional, expert in their field, thought me all the instructions, helped with picking the right bike and even helped us to put it in the car. Beside that very nice clean and organized shop! Will go back although it is bit far

Amazing experience! I needed a hard to find part for my 2014 Giant Anthem. I emailed so many places. No luck. I emailed them and within 1 day they found my part. Communication was great. They even had it shipped out of province for me since I wasn't local. I'm near Toronto, they are in Quebec. Total was 3 days from 1st contact to me receiving my part. Wish you guys were local so I could visit and thank you personally.

Fantastically run Family business. Went there to grab a mountain bike for my 8 y.o. son and found exactly what is needed. Lots of products, very knowledgeable folks and very friendly. Worth the detour from Montreal to get what you need.

Excellent service & products! This family run business should be your go to for biking, running or most sports in the townships. They are professional, efficient & knowledgeable. I purchased my first E-bike from them & have nothing but praise for the bike & the team at Giant Magog!
