The store is large, and well stocked. The staff are friendly and professional. I was able to find my pair of ASICS right away. In and out in 15 minutes. Definitely worth the drive from Toronto.

Went to do a pick up order. Couldn't find where to park. Then I tried to use the check in button on my email but it didn't work. Decided to go inside and get my order. The guy at the day said it would take a few minutes because they were busy. After a few minutes they asked for my order number. The person read it to them. After a few more minutes a girl comes over and asks me if it's a bike. I said no it's a sleeping pad. She went away and a few more minutes later she came back with my order.

Came to this location last week to purchase the bicycle I'd seen on their website. Darius was great. He took the time to ask what my intended use was for the bike (e.g. trails vs streets) and walked through the pros/cons of different models. Because of him, I was spared from purchasing a more expensive model which would not have held up to trail usage. A well-informed, polite, and friendly sales associate. That's what customer service is supposed to look like. Thanks, Darius!

Found everything easy to locate, staff was super helpful (I think her name was Tanya, she was the best)
