They never answer the phone so getting in touch is super difficult. Good part is that low dispensing fee (one of the lowest) otherwise a smaller pharmacy is a far better option given that they answer your phone/emails and they actually know you on a name basis and offer more customized service and its nots just grab and go situation. I guess its true when they say you get what you pay for.
