The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Treats customers like friends, not pushing or trying to up-sale you. He’s just trying to let you have fun. The owner also dead amazing custom works like tuning and powder coating. Overall the best air soft store in gta area in my opinion.

Been to and from this store many times recently with an abundance of annoying questions and ideas. The owner was beyond helpful and also offered some insight as to what would work for me and what would be not a good idea. Beyond that there is a wealth of knowledge here and also a good selection of gear. AND if the dont have it, they'll try and get it for you aslong as it's not illegal. Thanks Jay!

Came by yesterday and it was an amazing experience! The gentleman who helped us was simply incredible! Extremely knowledgeable, kind and generally a great team to talk to! We will definitely be coming back soon!

I have been to many airsoft shops and have never had the quality of service that jay and the action air family have shown me. Super knowledgeable and a great experience shopping there. They keep my team locked and loaded and our guns firing perfectly. Only problem i have is i never want to leave the store. Highly recommend shopping here or testing out the range.
