They always have the best Avocados!!! Great produce in general too. The Organic and Vegan selection is great. Fair prices. And lovely customer service. Also— they make the best vegan kimchi in Toronto.

A great family run shop, and I like to support local small businesses. Also, fantastic selection and produce. Haven’t been to a big box shop since I discovered this place.

Super clean, friendly, caring staff, fresh baked goods and produce daily! a great selection of healthy products for reasonable prices. Love this place! Their bagels are the best, so good they sell out really fast BUT you can call ahead and have them make a fresh batch for you ;)

Great people and great food. The store maybe a little on the small side but it is jam packed with great quality food products. Staff is really friendly and fun to talk to. This is my go to for shopping for food in Parkdale.
