Hyatt Regency Toronto

The Hyatt Regency is a great high end hotel that never disappoints... I recently stayed there on Halloween and was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable it was!! Unfortunately the current situation with the pandemic is really hurting the hospitality industry... I think it's really important that we do our best to support our local hospitality industry so that hopefully once things come back to normal, hotel's like the Hyatt will remain open!! It's very centrally located with walking distance of many attractions or a quick and inexpensive is always an option!! Remember to party responsibly and never drive under the influence... I hope this review encourages some people to visit this hotel, as I know I'll definitely be back!!!

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with booking dates and I had to cancel the reservation. I had booked via Booking.com but had called into Hyatt to speak with Amrit. He was so patient and took my name and number to call me back in a few hours. As promised, he did and I am so thankful for his kindness. I think so often we forget about the person behind the phone when we're trying to resolve an issue and I had such a great experience dealing with him, I will remember that and definitely have them in mind the next time I'm booking in the city! Thank you.

Ray was amazing on making sure I was taken care of, customer service is excellent. I would come here again thats for sure. They did my set up for my room, had balloons delivered.

The best hotel in Toronto. Trust me! I've been staying at so many hotels in Toronto. This year, Me and my husband decided to spend our 6th anniversary at Hyatt and I can tell you both of us were so happy, best decision ever. We got the best services and the most welcome vibe which we never experienced anywhere else. We stay at Director Suite for 3 days 2 nights and the staff is very professional and helpful. 100% recommend to stay at Hyatt Regency if you want a clean and nice hotel with exceptional services.
