This studio offers a variety of class types but my favourite fact about Union Yoga is how open, accepting and welcoming the staff and teachers are. Leia is so wonderful to work with and has helped me through any administrative issue or question that I had. She is so knowledgable and friendly. She remembers my name and makes me feel welcome every time I enter the studio. I highly recommend this studio!

I love the variety and challenge of the classes at Union, both in person and livestream. All of the instructors are wonderful and I always feel amazing afterwards. Union has been my go-to studio in the city for the last 5 years! Highly recommend.
