Yoga Grove - Small Classes. Big Difference.

Over the past four years, I have taken a number of classes at Yoga Grove. All the classes are taught by professionals who take care to teach to the needs of the individual participant. One of the best benefits of Yoga Grove is this feature, small class size taught by caring staff. Leslie, the owner and manager of Yoga Grove as well as her staff, most notably Laura Bianchi, are unfailingly polite, thoughtful and patient with their students. They bring much technical knowledge to their profession and generously share their insights and experience in a way which is very accessible and helpful. I would give Yoga Grove and its staff my unqualified endorsement without hesitation to anyone looking for personal, professional care in the teaching of yoga.

I ran a workshop with a group of 6 people that involved creative thinking and digestion of new ideas. Incorporating a meditation break for just 5 minutes with Leslie (joining in virtually of course!) about halfway through really helped to refresh and reset the team for the balance of the session.

I started at Yoga Grove with the Absolute Beginners 4-week class. This really set me up well for regular yoga practice. All the instructors are great! I'm loving the Flow and Ashtanga Fundamentals classes.
