Look no further - this is true yoga - physical, spiritual, philosophy, meditation, kirtan - all the 8 arms of pantanjali are here for you. just go, try some classes, there is truly something for everyone. best teachers and yogis/yoginis, much heart soul and sweat. long live the Garden

Octopus Garden is one of my favourite places in the world -- full of kind-hearted teachers who guide with wisdom and great skill, and who care about each and every student's growth and well-being. Rather than trying to fit students into a box of a particular kind of yoga, the teachers use their vast knowledge and compassion to make the yoga fit each student. This vibe of caring and authenticity is felt amongst the students, too, who get to know each other in a supportive, non-competitive way. Thank you, OG, for creating such a special community and enriching so many lives.

I've been practising yoga for over 10 years and I've been to a number of different studios in the city until I found Octopus Garden. The instructors are phenomenal, the classes are challenging and fun and the atmosphere makes you want to spend the whole day there during yoga. They combine excellent teaching, safe and positive vibe and friendly space. There is no other place in Toronto better to practice yoga and enhance your knowledge, strength and skills. I can't even think of going somewhere else anymore and it is not even close to my home!

A home away from home, I found Octopus Garden when looking for an Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The teachers all bring their unique gifts to their classes, and the atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming. They have a variety of classes to suit your needs, and run some many workshops and trainings, you're sure to find something you love! Such an amazing community, I can't speak more highly of it!
