This is a gem of a place in Toronto. I drive a long distance from my home at Georgian Bay to participate in yogic learning here. I am not new to Yoga.Yoga has been a lifelong and integral part of my heritage. Yet coming to, and studying with Mahyar, ( Director of Setu, she holds the senior most Iyengar certificate In Canada) has influenced every aspect of my life. All the teachers at this studio are very well trained and extremely dedicated. In addition there is a distinct sense of community and caring here.

Mahyar is the best yoga instructor, in fact, the only Certified Senior Iyengar Yoga instructor in Canada. Everyone in our class has been coming for years and years and they would agree on this. The only studio in Toronto (and Canada probably) that teaches you REAL yoga! It’s a must try to say the least.

I love this studio! I always feel welcome and that I'm party of a genuine community. The teaching emphasizes doing the poses safely, with alignment of body and mind. Mahyar Raz along with the other teachers are amazing! I highly recommend this studio. Learn yoga in it's authentic eastern form!

Highly recommend this studio! I had an amazing one on one session with Mahyar last year. What a phenomenal woman!! Setu Yoga Studio is a peaceful, healing space. Look forward to returning for the Shoulder, Neck & Hips Yoga Workshop this weekend.

This Yoga studio is amazing and my instructor Olivera is very talented and will always listen to her students and make sure they are comfortable with what they are asked to do. She also has a very broad knowledge of Yoga and what impact it has on the muscles as well as the mind and body. I will always recommend this studio and Olivera as your instructor.
