This is a great and unique place. From 1:1 workouts to wrestling. U gotta be serious about it though and Kris is the guy. Good people and great customized workout!!!

this place is filled with friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable trainers who are passionate about the business and take it seriously. however, if you go to this school, be prepared to put in the work! the main trainer, kris chambers, is very friendly, but he has high expectations so make sure you come to class regularly and put in the effort! if you are an aspiring wrestler and you know for sure that this is the job you want, then this is the place.
