Sean the owner is like a brother to me. I first trained with him in 2008. I've weighed as much as 355lbs. Right now I'm at 235lbs. I love MMAGTA. Instructors teammates vibe approach, experience environment top to bottom is great. This is where I'm training.

I have been with this gym for about 4 months now and it is great. I liked it since the first day taking the free trial classes. Skilled and knowledgeable coaches, and they cater to your sill level, they also push you to get better and teach you new things every day. I have lost 25 pounds since starting with them, and plan to keep going. Lots of good people to train with. Definitely check it out if you want a good challenging workout or you want to train to compete.

Great place to learn martial arts. ALL of the coaches are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of their craft. I started their with just boxing and started to bring my children there as well. Everyone who attends the classes are also very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place all the time. It is a family environment, just with more kicking...LOL.

I have been a member with the team for a year now and it has been a fantastic learning environment. Coach Sean has a strong work ethic and has a no nonsense attitude towards training. The atmosphere is open and welcoming and you will be pushed to your limits in a positive way. Great way to get in shape and learn to defend yourself, try a class you won't regret it!
