Our CSR Gillian Fripp was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly to take care of all the details of our travel needs. I've used her numerous time and without fail she was more than capable of taking care of my travel needs down to the smallest of details. I have recommended her to friends who have used her for their travel needs. I would highly recommend her should you need someone to help plan your travel itinerary.

Excellent! We booked a trip with Helen at Expedia CruiseShipCenters in the fall of 2018. Everything went wonderfully as the service Helen provided exceeded our expectations. Although we are experienced travellers, booking through Helen added value to our trip as she had many helpful suggestions. She is knowledgeable, patient and responds promptly. We requested a fairly last-minute date change and Helen made everything happen without any issues. We are grateful for her attention to detail and will definitely request her services again for our next trip!

Dealt with Joe Dias on a group booking of 24 for a business trip. There were a few hiccups with the package provider/carrier and it looked as though our booking was not going to happen. It was thanks to Mr. Dias's professionalism, attention to detail and perseverance that our booking became a reality. We can't say enough about how helpful Joe Dias has been in helping us plan our trip to Portugal. He is knowledgeable about cruises down the Douro River, as well as the land portions of our trip.
