Hands down, the best Charter bus company in Toronto! IMPECCABLE customer service, from Christine in sales right down to the drivers and their sparkling clean buses, they are leaps and bounds above the rest of the pack. Prompt, professional, courteous, and incredibly fairly priced - A++!!!

Great Experience. Our tour was merged with another company due to insufficient amount of travelers at the time. The experience however was fantastic. Our Driver/Tour guide (Sabi) was very knowledgeable and helpful with the various attractions at Niagra Falls and environs, i would recommend to anyone travelling to Canada in season and off season. There was literally never a dull moment, even as we all were tired from the trip back to our hotels in the Toronto area, Sabi gave us some time to rest and enjoy the ride without interruption. Reached backed to the front door of our hotel safe and sound. God Bless all.

To whom ever it’s reading this Hello. If you are looking to spend an amazing day, get to know the Niagara Falls, enjoy yourself, get to know something else about wine, but overall ride with someone who enjoys and it’s not driving just to get a pay check... PLEASE. And say PLEASE book a trip with this company. AL (I can’t pronounce/type his name because it’s way too long) {and he also said we call call him AL} was the name of my driver, and I decided to mention him before because he made (after the power of God) everything possible, he was patience, he was lovely to talk with, he knows all he was saying and over all he was not just talking to get “the trip over with” instead he was making the trip one of the great adventures of our lives. The trip, was majestic, from the time I went into the bus, until I got back to my hotel, the trip itself includes, ride from the hotel to the Niagara Falls and back to your hotel, also an amazing trip in a boat on the Falls, and exquisite lunch in a restaurant nears the falls that will enlighten you with the view.... and that not all it also include wine tasting (my favorite lol) The customer service of the company was incredible, they will explain you where to go, and will get in touch with you when needed ASAP. I will recommend more pick up points, the hotel I was staying at was in Mississauga so I have to ride to Toronto Downtown to meet with them. Other Than that I will day this was an incredible experience. AL thank you again.

We used TBCL as our transportation for a teambuilding event in Downtown Toronto. Joe, our bus driver, and Allision, our Sales Coordinator, were both friendly and extremely helpful when we had a couple unexpected issues and time changes. Our bus was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be using TBCL again!
