I had a great customer service experience with Junko and Frank. I was able to reschedule an expired ticket I was not able to use in December due to stay at home orders. Junko and Frank were very accommodating, allowing me to use the ticket in March! Thanks!

TOK Coachlines provides an essential service from Halliburton, On. to Toronto. The drivers are friendly, helpful and courteous to all the passengers, even the difficult ones. I am very happy and feel very safe riding this bus, they have social distancing labeled on the seats, so once you are settled you are 2 metres from other passengers, they are requesting that you wear a mask when you cannot maintain 2metres distance. There is hand sanitizer available. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe. I am looking forward to seeing the nice driver next time I need to travel.
