They were great to deal with. They emailed me very quickly confirming my booking and an offer to assist for future. And not just a general email either! I got an actual person looking after my booking.

Chartered a bus for an office event. Booking online was a breeze, good customer support, comfortable and clean bus. Bus driver was experienced and professional.

The service was amazing I felt supported throughout the whole process. I would get a phone call from a real person in the week before and the day before the event to confirm the details. The bus driver was extremely nice and accommodating even when I gave some questionable instructions to enter a parking lot that may have been to small. He found a visible area near where I said. Nothing felt sketchy and no additional charges were made because I didn't need to change the plan. And even after the event they followed up to make sure it went smoothly and they sent me a breakdown when I requested it :) Would recommend to someone else for sure

Great customer service. There could be better communication between customer success manager, bus dispatch and customer but overall, very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
