This is in regards to one of your outstanding staff: Carla O. At the Toronto Airport. She went above and beyond the typical service of today's standards. (the type of service I recall from year's past). I had lost an object on the plane I had just arrived on. She was able to with great resistance from the United office to retrieve it for me. It is with great thanks and appreciation that I write this review. All the staff at that particular desk were gracious and accommodating. Thank you Carla O!

I think these guys can do better job with their parking. always a hassel in getting a parking.

The elderly East Indian man concierge was so kind to me on Thursday, April 22, 2021. He asked me to call the hotel where I will be isolating to make sure they were coming to pick me up. When I told him that my phone will not work, he asked this younger East Indian kid to make the call for me. As a person, who is accustomed to experiencing racism, I thought that was nice that there are people out there, who will do their jobs without making my race a factor in their lives. Lying that racism doesn't exist won't make it go away. I thank them for their kindness.
