Left my board over night to get waxed and the edges done, came this morning and bought my ticket and then into the shop to pick it up. Employees are very unfriendly. Then I was told to pick up my board from inside the shop since I didn't had my receipt with me. After picking it up and inspecting the work they have done I realized that the edges were not done all the eay. I told the employee about it and he didnt care, he actually daid: this is not me that did this over night. So I asked for a manager, he come back and tells me that his co worker will take care of it, Remi. When I told him what the issue is he tells me that if I board on the tip and why I am concerned. Then he walked to the back to fix it. After he came back I told him that I didn't like the way I am being treated here and that I am actually from Austria and this is unacceptable. Then I explained to him that this issue could have been handled very easy by just saying: sorry seems like my partner missed it, I will get this done for you right away, and if they dont feel good take a 5min break and readjust and come back. We agreed that this was not professional and he gave me the price for a kids board....almost 50% off. Any how. I understand that they deal with 1000s of people today and during these few days due to holidays but please, guys try to make it worth on what I am paying for. Thanks again and I hope to see the change next season.
