I've been coming here for years and the staff and service is always a cut above the rest. They defiantly deserve your business folks. I put this shop in front of the ''Big Box'' stores hands down.

Today was a super experience thanks to Graham at the Phoenix gun shop. I am new to the firearm community, and purchased my first range membership, and firearm today. Graham was very helpful and professional during the whole purchase process. He took the time to show me the products I was interested in, and made the process very smooth and informative. I went in a bit of a nervous, new customer, and was treated with nothing but the best customer experience, and professionalism through the whole process. The experience has left me feeling that Phoenix has earned another lifetime customer from me, and I look forward to some range time here when things return to normal. Really happy with the service, and staff. Thanks for making this new purchase and experience for me, a great one!

Pleasant people to deal with. Steve has helped me several times at the sales counter. He’s attentive and doesn’t mind a many borage of questions! Thx to all at Phoenix!

I buy every firearm I own from this shop due to the factthat their staff are friendly knowledgeable and they usually have all the platforms that are hard to find ! Also great lineup of mods and accessories and ammo . Highly recommended. Lifetime customer
