Best place in Trois-Rivières for group training both physically and martially.

I went there to swim because there is an indoor pool with a small spa, sauna, small bar and even a TV. It is a very nice place to go in a small group or with the family. At the cost of $ 7 per person it is inexpensive for everything there. The pool is not large like a conventional municipal pool but there are few people at the time so great to stay with friends or family.
