Four star review for your fast, courtesy, and reasonably priced service today when I got a flat tire. Fifth star for standing by that work. A very tiny fragment repunctured my tire. After walking several kikometers back to your store, I appreciate the no fuss and no charge second repair. Would and will recommend.

Amazing staff with excellent customer service. The employees are quick with some bike routes and the store offered a amazing selection of bikes. The location is perfect rite on a route. Bike condition is perfect. Love this place.

Wonderful hidden away gem in the heart of downtown! Rented one of their brand new Giant roadbikes (plus repair kit and helmet) for only $45 for a half day of fun. Great, knowledgeable and very friendly service with excellently maintained bikes for very reasonable rental prices. Also: more than just a rental shop! - They also do tune-ups for your own bikes if needed. They are open till end-Oct so plenty of time left to go see them and kit you out with some wheels to explore this great city before the chilly weather comes!!

Overall a great experience dealing with them. The staff are very willing to help, and answer any question you might have. I got my bike tuned and it’s riding like new. Would definitely come back.

Very kind and helpful. - Last year they endured 4 visits from me to try out different Giant/Liv bikes so I could try them out before buying my own at a Giant local store. - This included adjusting all the bikes I tried to my measurements. - Head mechanic, Jill, is so patient and makes you feel like she has all day for you, even when there is a line-up. - However, if you find yourself in a line-up, they somehow get to you quickly, even when they are taking the time with each customer to get the right fit. - I saw many happy customers returning from their rides around the capital. Great location right on the canal and it's cool to see the old structures under the city. - I also in one instance talked to one of the owners who was on hand. Super nice and a fountain of information.
