Staff can be rude if you make mistake getting out of plattform.

Very good service. Very efficient and on time when you are already with the group that will be boarding. You don't need to take this service if you think the time behind the line of cars will save you time to go to Montreal. You may go to Montreal by the south autoroute on weekends and you may be earlier at your destination.
