Great service, really nice hotel, Well located. The room was super clean and really nice, the pool area was well taken cared of, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel haveva inside parking, which was really appreciated, and they have a small restaurant which is quite affordable for late night snacks.

A hotel that has made a good investment to modernize. No carpets. Excellent service. Downtown.

As much the warm and helpful welcome throughout the stay as the professional room service. Modern and pleasant gym to use. Lousy banquet food. Lower quality than American truck stop buffets. No culinary creativity, lots of frying and recycling of tomato sauce in 4 days of dishes. Basic breakfast always the same daily for $ 24! Lunches and banquet dinners for our families vary between $ 35 and $ 47. Unacceptable. We received a response from the employees that it was our organization that had chosen this limited menu, which is false since only themes had been offered. Although all dietary restrictions had been communicated in advance, no options were presented for each dish at our convention. No poster to explain what we ate either ... You have to disturb the cook, to make him move every time! It is better to eat out or in their restaurant on the ground floor which has a much better reputation, 33% cheaper in addition. This hotel has a lot to learn from the culinary expertise of Jouvence in Estrie and even from certain large Montreal hotels which, for lower prices, offer much superior buffets. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Breathtaking view of the River. Strong neighboring smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Buzz redundant every night from a room around us (the staff looked for, but never located it). Site under construction that does not hesitate to build from 5 am. No access to the Spa or the swimming pool, although they were promised deliverable by the sales team. Bus station included in the convention center, greatly facilitating travel from the room to Montreal and Quebec. Local bus hub also operates there. In short, an excellent choice for 1 or 2 romantic nights, but this convention center is not yet established for groups at all.
