Excellent!!!

Best crossfit gym in town 👍👍

I wanted to try the crossfit so I found crossfit T-R on maps (his new name is La Forge) for rebranding reasons. I made an appointment for a free trial on their website, then I wanted to change it so I called them and they changed it for the day and the day that suits me. When I arrived I was welcomed by the manager I think, then by the coach Felix we spoke a little about my previous sports and life in Trois-Rivieres. Then we started to warm the whole team together with simple and effective exercises dedicated to the wod (the training of the day) that we started to do afterwards. The wod consisted of a rowing exercise 750m, 30 push press, and 20 burpees. Fortunately I was able to finish them thanks to the Energy Team and the motivation and support of the coach. At the end we took a bar and discs each to practice the snatch exercise at what seems, we did lift the earth with a wide position of hands (deadlifts with a wide grip) with a break at the bottom to stimulate the hips. Felix went around to make sure everyone was perfecting the movement. I liked the place and I hope I will join ASAP. I highly recommend LA FORGE too.

Great place ... The coaches and their members are just exceptional.

Great coaches who taught me a lot! Wonderful people and always there for their community. In addition, they are very dedicated, they work with nature and their shoots are really good! I love this place and if you live in Trois-Rivières, I strongly advise you to go because my life became better when I entered the gym, for real! It's the best motivation I've had and I hope for you too! :)
