I dropped by per coincidence because my chain was squeaky. I got first class service from the super nice staff. I had a moment to look around the shop as I was waiting for my bike to be checked and fixed. The shop is very appealing and there is a well selected array of fine bikes, clothing and what you need for cycling. If I hadn't been in the middle of my ride I would have started shopping...

The gears on my bike have been slipping for days, which has been both frustrating and hard on the chain. I was reluctant to take it in, fearing a big expense but I broke down yesterday and drove it to Golden, thinking I'd have to leave it there. Didn't get the name of the technician, but 5 minutes after he put my bike on the stand he found the problem, made the adjustment and it was fixed! On top of that, he didn't even charge me. Beautiful service!!
