Excellent product selection- so many things that you can’t find anywhere else! They carry almost all the best vegan and grain-free options that I used to only find in the US. Delivery is fast, efficient and well-packaged. Customer service is prompt to reply. Loving the new Toronto local delivery option! The only constructive feedback that I can give is that it can be confusing because sometimes the order gets delivered via local delivery on the specified days, while other times it comes via fedex. While this often means that your order arrives a day early which is nice, during lockdown when most people aren’t going to stores often and freezer space is at a premium as a result, it can make it difficult to plan your order.

I placed an order at 11 am on Wednesday and the order arrived in less than 24 hours, and I am in another province. The items remained cold and were fresh. Items that were not available were immediately refunded, prior to shipment, so there was no additional work or effort on my part. I appreciate the wide selection of product and have found it useful to search using french terms on their website when looking for some specific items. This is my second time ordering from them and both times were exceptional and problem free. I am so pleased to have discovered this gem of a business!
