Hôtel Bonaparte

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. The manager checked us in and was very kind to us. They brought our breakfast up to the room during COVID-19, even had fresh cappuccinos ready. Our room was very cute and cozy. Location is unbeatable. Parking staff were very kind to us As well. Amazing service. Will be recommending this gorgeous, quaint hotel to many more people! We were so happy about the service!

5 Stars plus 5 more! We were greeted by a charming concierge, who gave us a complete summary of the services and then offered us a glass of sparkling wine. When we entered the room, there was soft music playing and some lights were on. We felt welcome and relaxed. The room was spacious and beautiful! The bathroom was modern and clean, excellent water pressure from the rain shower head. We were there for 3 nights and it was a true pleasure, gracious, helpful staff (all bilingual in French & English), a wonderful full or continental breakfast each morning (included), questions and requests were cheerfully accommodated. The location is terrific too, walking distance to all of the sites, great restaurants, & shops. The restaurant in the hotel is also 5 star, we felt it was the best meal we ever had, anywhere! Excellent experience!

Rooms are very clean, staff kind and courteous, went there for a 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend and they bumped us up to one of their best rooms. Excellent service. My only complait that isn't even a complaint is that they could leave a few more sugar packets next to the in room coffee machine for those of us with a sweet tooth.

Absolutely stellar boutique hotel in the heart of Montreal's old town. Staff was super friendly and very professional making us feel especially welcome during our stay. Our stay was during the C19 era, so we were impressed with their cleaning processes and procedures. We felt 100% safe with their choices and frankly, it felt almost 100% normal. They switched to room service breakfast each morning which was lovely. The lattes made to order were an extra special treat. Without a doubt, this is our new go-to when staying in Montreal. Well done!

The room was beautiful and very clean with a great rainfall shower. They upgraded us to a bigger room because we were celebrating our 15th Anniversary and surprised us with mimosas with breakfast (very much appreciated).
