Cozy b&b in the middle of Montreal. Rooms were nice and breakfast was good. Only a few blocks from old town and metro stops.

A nice little B&B off the beaten path with a little bit of history to it. We stayed off season on a week day so we had most of the building to ourselves. It was a comfortable experience and Betina hosted us and was a pleasure to talk to. She gave us great advice on places to see outside of the traditional tourist locations. There was some construction going on at the time but we were out and about most of the day so we didnt notice.

Great location. Walking distance to Jazz Fest and restaurants in one direction, Old Port in the other. Old building so don't expect brand new interior. Squeaky flooring and many coats of paint on the woodwork. Not that that is bad, just what to expect. When we stayed there was construction going on across the street that affected those of us staying in the front of the bouse. Staff was very friendly.

No one there to receive us which was a bit weird. Never sure if you're alone in the house or not. It just got a bit creepy at times. Breakfast as nice but not a grand as they make it out to be on the website.
