I rented a 6x12 trailer at 9:00 am on a Sunday. The opening of the center is done on time. I would say that the first 5 minutes went well. Subsequently, the clerk did not understand how the trailer hitch on the Pick-Up worked. Just tie the trailer on the pickup it took 15 minutes. Even worse to make the contract..the clerk to photographed twice my driving license, the address did not work even if I was already registered in the system (following other rental in the past). In all and everywhere, come take the trailer in 40 minutes. In my opinion, unacceptable. I hope that this is an isolated event.
