George Springate Park football|soccer field

Nice soccer field with man made lawn. If no organizd team practice and matches , anyone can play. On the same pitch, there is a standard American football field, with perfectly markings. Around the soccer|football field, is the newly renovated running track, man made soft but firm surface , very colorful, with starting positions for 1500, 3000, 5000 and 10000 meters races, and positions for each runners for 200,400 meters. Every person who love running, and love to exercise, this is the best location to run, train. There is viewing stand on one side, people can sit down to watch players training and playing matches, with officials house in the middle on the stand, a big billboard showing match information, this field can be used for official soccer and football games. There are even storage shed to store all kinds of balls and equipments for soccer clubs. Unfortunately and understandingly, no cycling, skateboarding, rollerskating, etc 😢, anyhow, there is a hard surface track outside the fence, you can do the forbidden activities there. This is very good park to bring kids to exercise and play

New turf on the older field and track is beautiful. New wheelchair accessible stands too. The whole park has a very modern look and feel.
